Arrived at 1pm, restaurant had a couple of occupied tables buy no need to reserve a table, although it's not a big place.
Started off with a butternut squash, maple and IPA beer soup which was delightful, keeping the right consistency and texture. House bread ia super moist and soft, with a great crust.
Up next the biaon carpaccio which was tender and flavorful, especially when topped off with fresh pepper by the courtesy of the waitress.
For a main course, ordered the smoked meat sandwitch, which had a decent amoht of meat in and falvoured with the right amounts of muatard and relish. French frize was great and crispy as well.
For a desert, we enjoyed the lava cake with the home made bluberry ice cream. We had to drag ourselves back to the car, happy and full.

Every time there are new things to try and it's the best I've ever had. Not only the food, but the service is always beyond excellent. It's truly a pleasure to spend an evening there .

Meat quality is at it's finest ! We had the blood pudding witch was perfectly prepared and accompanied perfectly. The ribs were magical . If you're a foodie or actually have the slightest idea what good food is,I strongly suggest it .
