Un peu dispendieux comparé à l'épicerie, mais ce n'est évidemment pas la même qualité! Ça en vaut vraiment la peine. Produits locaux et du prêt-à-cuire préparé sur place. Excellent courteous service and sound advice to prepare and cook products. A little expensive compared to the grocery store, but it is obviously not the same quality! It's really worth it. Mais malheureusement si je ne connaissais pas la boucherie j’aurai pu noter 1 étoile pour le service reçu par l’employe Aujourd’hui 13 oct ! Même si j’ai été très agreable avec lui ! Je suis sortie de la boucherie avec une pintade et un carré d’agneau! Certainement mon accent français lol même si je viens de louisiane et resident partiel à Québec! Quand je lui ai mentionné son manque de gentillesse il m’a répondu que c’était Pour cela qu’il travaillait que les dimanche ( ce que j’ai traduit pour éviter les emmerdeurs. Lol Dommage j’ai toujours un excellent service cet employé ne mérite pas de travailler pour vous si les clients le dérangent Boucherie Florent district I keep my confidence in your products that always make me happy !! Très sympathique. Je vais y retourner prochainement c’est certain. D abord l employé étais extrêmement impolis puis ensuite lorsque j achete du filet mignon à 94$ du kilo Jr m attend à ce que les morceaux ne soit pas attaché avec de la ficelle et qu il ce défasse en 3 lors de ka cuisson je m attend aussi à ce que le commis prenne le temps de montre la coupe et les morceaux mais Bon décevant au point où possiblement j'étais aller ailleurs Disappointing from all points of view. First the employee was extremely rude then then when I buy filet mignon at $94 per kilo Jr expects the pieces not to be tied with string and that it comes apart in 3 during cooking I expect also that the clerk takes the time to show the cut and the pieces but Good disappointing to the point where possibly I was going elsewhere

But lately the quality of service has gone down. The last straw was when they included frozen ground beef with holes in the vacuum packet. I once refused packets that are broken on the outside; it is as if the butcher deliberately included those packets in my recent purchase. In hindsight I should have double-checked each packet, but my trust in this store has gone down to visit again.
