★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraiment déçue... 65$ pour 1kg de bavette... Je trouvais ça cher sur le coût, mais j'ai pas trop réalisé... Quand je suis allée à l'épicerie après j'ai vérifié le prix de la bavette... 48$/kg... Excessivement cher!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraiment déçu ! J'avais pris 1 gigot d'agneau qui sentait le mouton à 80 $ pour 1kg ! La viande hachée MAIGRE est VRAIMENT grasse la qualité a baissée ! et les prix sont en réel augmentation depuis août 2021 ! Déjà que c'était dispendieux en général ! J'irai prendre ma viande ailleurs ! Je ne suis pas Rotschild !!!
Really disappointed ! I had taken 1 leg of lamb which smelled like mutton at $ 80 for 1kg! Lean minced meat is REALLY fatty the quality has gone down! and prices have been on the rise since August 2021! Already that it was expensive in general! I'll go take my meat elsewhere! I am not Rotschild !!!

BIEN SUR LA QUALITÉ A UN PRIX.!!!
The QUEBEC LAMBS declined in quality but the pudding was excellent. also milk-fed veal chops.
OF COURSE QUALITY HAS A PRICE.!!!

Si on a besoin d'information pour la cuisson ils se font un plaisir de nous aider.
I love this butcher shop. Very good service and what about the meat.... excellent meat and so tender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grosse déception sur la fraîcheur de la pièce de viande et la supposée provenance. On me vend un filet d'agneau du qc mais la viande n'a pas du tout la texture ni la fibre d'un filet ... sans compter la fraîcheur douteuse. Le tout au gros prix ! Je n'y retournerai pas
Big disappointment on the freshness of the piece of meat and the supposed provenance. I am being sold a fillet of lamb from qc but the meat does not have the texture or fiber of a fillet at all...not to mention the questionable freshness. All at top dollar! I won't go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest I discovered this butcher few days ago. I was looking for a nice piece of steak to grill. I was nicely welcomed and guided. I was suggested to buy the triple angus strip steak (contre-filet AAA). It was a great experience. Quality and freshness of the meat were on point. I cooked it medium rare and it was a delish. Meat was very tender and I cook cut into it like butter. I definitely recommend but it was a bit pricey.
