Deux jeunes entrepreneurs offrent des viandes de qualité et des coupes que l'on ne trouve pas ailleurs : Delmonico, Denver, etc. Le service est 100% personnalisé : ils travaillent le boeuf à partir de la carcasse. Enfin, des vrais bouchers ! Les boeufs sont élevés juste en arrière. Ils ont aussi du porc et du poulet grâce à des partenariats avec des éleveurs ayant les mêmes valeurs, en commençant par le respect de l'animal. S'il y avait une étoile bonus, je leur donnerais ! Maintenant ils offrent des fraises et framboises congelées de chez Lise et François Méthot et plusieurs produits locaux. I have found paradise.
