★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour les fêtes j'ai commandé une deinde, tourtière et ragoûts de bouteilles et toutes étaient vraiment bon,ça m'a rappelé des souvenirs des repas de Noël de ma mère. Le propriétaire et très amicale, répond à tous les questions et donne toujours des suggestions pour la cuisson. Le boucher propriétaire et très fier de la qualité de ces produits et ça ce voit.
For the holidays I ordered a deinde, tourtière and bottle stews and all were really good, it brought back memories of my mother's Christmas dinners. The owner is very friendly, answers all questions and always gives suggestions for cooking. The owner butcher is very proud of the quality of these products and it shows.
