Thank you to manager Eric for his arrogant attitude and to question my cooking skills so as not to admit that his product was not fresh. A simple exchange without insults would have avoided this comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend asked for a specialty product (double smoked bacon) — they insisted they had it and guided him to a product that was clearly not it: regular smoked bacon, and labelled as such. He went to leave but they continued to insist it was double-smoked; so we bought it. Alas. Guess how smokey the bacon was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a $150 A5 wagyu ribeye from them, which developed a dark brown colour overnight and smelled really bad when I went to cook it the next day. Needless to say, the steak went bad and I trashed the entire steak. When I went to show the guys at the shop my pictures, they apologized for the quality of the product and immediately replaced it with with a new like for like Wagyu and even added a can of Foie Gras and some saucissons. 5 stars for their excellent customer service!
