★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lors de notre première visite avons reçu un service exceptionnel en sommes ressortie en disant c’est notre boucherie à l’avenir. Deuxième visite un peu difficile le service n’est pas terrible mais on se dit mauvaise journée mais la troisième visite Wow ils auraient été mieux de ne pas servir le public. On demande pour un produit qui a mon avis devrait être disponible assez facilement pour un abattoir on nous répond très bêtement ont n’a pas pis on sait pas quand on en aura. Un ribsteak ??? Vraiment. Quelque jours après nous avons téléphoné ont nous a répondu on vous rappelle aussitôt qu’on en a. Et bien ils ne nous ont jamais rappelé. On va maintenant à la boucherie Marieville dans le village et c’est drôle ils ne sont pas un abattoir et des ribsteak ils en ont toujours. Et en plus le service est impeccable.
 On our first visit we received exceptional service and came out saying this is our butcher for the future. Second visit a bit difficult the service is not great but we say bad day but the third visit Wow they would have been better not to serve the public. We are asking for a product that in my opinion should be available quite easily for a slaughterhouse, we are told very stupidly, it doesn't have it and we don't know when we will have it. A ribsteak ??? Really. A few days later we phoned and answered us, we will call you back as soon as we have any. Well they never called us back. We are now going to the Marieville butcher's shop in the village and it's funny they are not a slaughterhouse and they always have ribsteaks. And in addition the service is impeccable.

C est vraiment décevant je ne le recommande à personne
We ordered a 185 kg grain-fed veal and we received very poor quality meat, 80% only bones and fat.
It's really disappointing I do not recommend it to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small butcher that actually butchers (rarer than it sounds), and so can prepare special cuts on request. Prices are fair, and staff can be very helpful...
As of April 2017, there are obvious signs of construction everywhere on the site as they prepare for a major expansion in size and capacity.
