Best Pizza restaurant in Canada

A	Alex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was bad, the tables were still dirty when we came there.It took forever to get the food, we had to use plastic forks also their was hair in the food. Some pasta was still not cooked the waiter came twice to take are order and to give us are good. This is the only bad Boston Pizza I have ever gone too I recommend not going to this Boston Pizza go to any other Boston pizza.

Server Emma was really forgetful with order & mismanaged drinks and supposedly mistaken my father for an excessive amount of alcoholic beverages mind you he only had 3 beer. I work in the industry. ProServe they have the duty of care to warn people and slow them down before cutting them off. And can only serve 2 drinks per hour to a guest. -My father was cutoff water wasn’t served to our table -service was really poor and slow mind you being the only table inside the restaurant for awhile. I’ve had friends/other customers eat here in St. Paul Boston Pizza (mind you 2 of my friends work here) and been here plenty of times throughout my time living around here but today was really off with our poor rude server.
I	Ian Paddick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here with some people. Service was incredibly slow. We all ordered from the lunch menue since we thought that would be quick. An hour later we didn't have our food. When we did get our food it was cold and not good as is Boston pizza fashion.

From the moment we were ushered to our table, our waitress was there taking our order. When the food arrived, it was hot and delicious. Even other wait staff were talking with us making sure everything was to our liking.

Actually had to go track down someone to get service first lady we tracked down never did come to help the second person we found was amazing and did a wonderful job. But starter salads never showed up till after meals were severed. Had to track someone down to get drink refills. When we did complain the store Manger and rude server complained the the guy severing us even though he was running around all over the place because the store manager choose to socialize with people she knew and the rude lady choose to just give us rude looks. Not the first bad experience in this Boston Pizza but definitely the first one in awhile. If it was for the gentleman ( I believe he was a manager in someway also) we would never return to that restaurant again. We even had to ask for forks after our meals sat on the table for 10 minutes. Yes we might go back there but I believe other places in st. Paul will get our business before Boston Pizza.
C	Colleen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just when you think that you're paying a lot for some delicious food you get your plate and see that it can actually feed three people! Every bite melts in your mouth and makes you curl your toes. If the bottomless pop isn't doing it for you then the manager comes by and makes your meal and experience even better! All the staff is kind and considerate and the food came so fast it was as if we were the only ones in the restaurant, even though it was pretty full.
