This was a below average performance. Server does not come by to check to see how your food is, does not come back for drink refills, or to see if you would like desert. Once the food is delivered, she doesn't come back. We would have had more wine/beer. Also, this is the second time we came to this location during out trip and the second time they forget to bring all the food. So my daughter is sitting there with no food in front of her and that did not raise any flags for them. And the first visit they brought her the wrong dish entirely. Not an impressive BP location. I rarely give 2 stars... Chicken wings were not all coated with sauce...

I'm writing this review 4 days later and of I had read the previous comments i mighta not gone... However I have been at this place a few times and the staff have been attentive and helpful .....even fun Unfortunately the big screen TVs were a bit sick ....but that was a minor hiccup.. Overall was quite happy with everything ...portions could be larger perhaps ....and adult beverages for cocktails were "smallish" with more ice and garnish ... not needed. I did think they were much better than the Dauphin BP which i ended up in the following day ....you can read that review under that BP i guess... It's great to be able to get out and be able to visit restaurants... ??

The food was good and hot. Unusually hot, but that is good. Hot enough that it didn't get cold while eating it. Waitress was friendly, cheerful, and attentive. Host on the other hand.. Not so much. No hello, no smile, nothing. Just grabbed menus, and walked us to a table. Everybody has bad days though, and this may have been hers. My co worker and boss were bothered about it, but I'm not a big fan of fake smiles and phony happiness anyway. The food was tasty, and the portions were good. I really enjoyed the food!

Every time i bring my family here it seems to be the same thing. Sub-par food for the cost and bad service. Last experience our waitress seated us, then spent all of her time catering to a table full of her peers instead. A different waitress helped us and was a little better, however waited over 15mins to get a drink refill and only came around twice. One order of ours wasnt correct and had to get it re-made, when it came it was very obviously rushed and barely warm. The place wasn't even busy, maybe 4 tables full including ours. Unfortunately I can't see us coming back again as the last 3 times have been quite disappointing.

Did not get seated, or acknowledged for 25 minutes, ended up leaving to eat elsewhere. I understand if it’s busy or if a server says β€œI’ll be right with you” but that did not happen. Very poor service.

Terrible. We went here before the supper rush. There was no host at the front so we had to wait for more than 10 minutes to get seated. As we got seated, we noticed that there was literally only 1 seated customer. First appetizer, not available. 2nd appetizer, not available. The 3rd appetizer we had to wait for about 20 minutes, and when we got it, it was cold but at this point we were hungry. We had to wait for an hour for our entrees. Had time to observe: the floor was filthy, there were tables not cleared out. When we finally got our entrees, the food was so underwhelming compared to the other BP restaurants. My mashed potatoes were cold and my daughter's spaghetti was cool and bland. Our drinks were never refilled and no one came by to check on our food. We tried getting the attention of 2 servers and either they were lost in their thoughts or ignoring us or just not paying attention. And good thing we looked at our receipt before paying because they were charging us for the wrong thing. This place has definitely gone downhill. It didn't use to be like this. Too bad.

My first negative review of a business but after two bad experiences within one week I think it’s acceptable. Ordered delivery for the first time last week as I just had surgery β€” food took over an hour to come, and had received a completely wrong order, had to wait another hour for the manager to come deliver (more than 2 hour wait time to get my order, and they still forgot all of the sauces but didn’t call again over that). That order was discounted 15% which was only $5 as it was a $30 order. He apologized & offered a dollar amount discount of $15-$20 "for next time" so that’s why we ordered again, take out this time. Servers were great, greeted me quick & went to the back to notify the manager but he took half hour to apply the β€œdiscount” from his office that he offered the week before. I got out to the car and realized we didn’t have cutlery and that I paid for it with only $4 taken off. I went back in to ask about cutlery and the price adjustment being incorrect. Manager finally came up, recognized me, and said that it would have just been 15% max that they offered to discount. Got home to our place 25 minutes away and realized they had again messed up the order. Emphasized getting extra meatballs on a kids order of spaghetti, got none at all and no sauce for our kids chicken fingers. Didn’t bother call to report the food error as I don’t think I’ll be dining there until there is better management.

Have had several bad experiences here over the last while. Slow service, poor food quality, rude servers. Decided to try again. Took forever to get service. Others who sat down after us got served and order. This was my $18 steak sandwich. Embarrassing. No cutlery was provided until we had to ask. Not sure what's happening here, but it needs to be fixed. Unacceptable.
