I won’t eat here anymore. The last 3 times I’ve been there I’ve had terrible experiences. I’ve needed to get up from the table and ask the bar tender for menus, drinks, food order. Hours of operation were not consistent. Showed up at 9pm during NHL playoffs and the lounge is closed. I have celiac disease. While I understand that’s a me issue. I was told they can’t upcharge the gluten free pasta but that they need to charge me for every individual ingredient in a dish because gluten free pasta is so expensive which makes it way to expensive to justify me eating here anymore. Also, tbh, the GF options they have are terrible. The last time I went there was the last time for me.

Came from my grandmothers funeral and a group of us cousins wanted to dine together, manager was grouchy as soon as we mentioned a group, we did don’t know who was all coming and as more people showed up she got angrier, the restaurant was far from capacity and angrily stormed to the front and got a girl to go lock the front doors. Not once was she reasonable with us , she is not manager material in fact she should not ever hold a position of customer service! Needless to say our whole group left and brought our business elsewhere

Quite possibly the worst first impression ever. Been waiting over 15 minutes for a glass of water that I ordered with my meal. So far not impressed.

We eat at BP's in Taber regularly in the lounge. The food is amazing and the service is top notch! Kathy in the lounge is very friendly, efficient and can handle a huge crowd with ease!! She is amazing!!

Management needs to be shown the door immediately! Stopped in for an early Sunday dinner. The staff was confused and untrained. Had to wait a rather long time for cutlery after the food had arrived at the table. The food itself was an embarrassment in quality. Have been coming to this location for 10 years and am very disappointed to what it has turned into. Leaving a generous 1 star review as that is the lowest option.

If I could choose to give you 0 stars I would! Our waitress was so rude! Our so called β€œburgers” were absolutely disgusting! The meat had a weird smell, possibly not even meat! Also dry, overcooked. Just all around terrible! Will never go back again! Do not recommend!

Had a delicious meal here! Martha was a phenomenal waitress and met Jennifer the manager, all so cheerful and pleasant to chat with. As well as Kathy, perfectly made drink was made by her. Greatest service you could ever ask for!

My little family and I came here for a nice dinner. At the door, we were greeted and asked if we had a mask. We said that we didn’t, to which the waitress rudely and seemingly with pleasure said we needed one. We asked if she had some, to which she again rudely and seemingly with pleasure announced that they didn’t. Then, as if we were uneducated simply because we hold a different view than she does, she informed us that masks were still mandatory across the province. While I always prefer to breathe clean air, I have no problem being asked to wear a mask. I even have no problem providing my own mask-when asked to do so nicely and with the courtesy owed ALL human beings. It seemed as if she took pleasure in disappointing us. Needless to say, we left. Hopefully we have better luck next time.
