★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No stars are given here. But for some reason I had to give one in order to post. My daughter had the worse experience living here. Landlord was no help. If your indigenous and have kids do not rent from these people. They rather listen to the white tenants then the truth. Ignorant landlord followed by some ignorant tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother, sister, and I came up to look at the the available rental units and it was Aline who was in charge of us. Ultimately, we didn't move forward with a unit at avenue living at this time so I cannot comment on that experience, but I can comment on our pleasant experience with Aline. Despite an exploding tire on our way to bonnyville skewing our arrival time, Aline fit us in at a new slot without hesitation and upon arrival was welcoming, understanding, patient, and above all respectful. She answered all questions we had and made herself available via her personal phone for us to reach out at a moments notice. 10/10 would opt to deal with Aline again in the future when looking to meet my rental needs in Bonnyville.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aline was so much help and took the time to show us places that were what we were looking for and very friendly and helpful with the whole process. We did, however, end up finding a house to rent which better suited us but I have no doubt that living with Avenue Living would have been fantastic. I had previously lived in a different city with a horrible renting company but after meeting Aline and just seeing what they offer was way better and I would recommend Avenue Living for anyone interested in apartment living.
