★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recently at this building to drop off a piece of furniture for an older couple. I could not believe the state this place is in. Upon entering, you are immediately hit with the overwhelming smell of urine and cigarette smoke. The place is absolutely disgusting, and evidently not well (if at all) maintained. It is very dated and dirty. The elevator seems DANGEROUS, and in speaking with an elderly individual in the hall, she mentioned that a lot of tenants won't even use it. This is particularly concerning when considering the number of floors, and the elderly population. I'm of the belief the owners are taking advantage of the tenants in this place. Its tragic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent at Bonik Tower! The owners are taking advantage of the senior citizens by totally neglecting their repair and maintenance issues. Not just my parent, but many many of her fellow residents. The building is third class in appearance and it really shows inside and outside. We've requested a simple electrical repair for eons without results, just excuses are given!
