★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harpreet is amazing! I suffer from tendonitis on both my shoulders for over 10 years and I've never really found a place that could help relieve my pain. Going regularly to see Harpreet, she tailored the massages to fit my needs and even used acupuncture and cupping techniques to help. And after a few sessions I can finally say I am pain free! She is very friendly and cares about all her clients and even accommodated my working schedule to fit me in. I definitely recommend anyone that requires treatment to go see her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The massage it self was fantastic untill Harpreet said she was finished and I looked at the time and I still had 10 minutes left on a 45 minute massage. I had to fill out paperwork which took a little time so my massage started 5 minutes late..so actually massage time was 30 min when I paid for 45 minutes. Harpreet said she takes 10 minutes to show her patience stretches which they neglected to tell me prior to my massage, if I knew this I wouldn't have gone here. The gentleman at the desk was polite in explaining their protocol for new patience. I really wish I was explained this prior or I would have booked a longer massage or gone to Albion physiotherapy Clinic which I have frequent many times and I've had wonderful experiences there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harpreet has a great technique and tailors the massage to your exact needs. I thought I knew where my tension was, but she found more where I didn't realize I had it and worked it right out. Her warm and friendly manner put me at ease immediately and she explained exactly what she was going to do so I was comfortable throughout the experience. I asked for and received really deep tissue massage and was amazed at how great I felt afterwards. Her neck work was the best I have experienced - total bliss!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ”The experience during my Shirodhara treatment was most relaxing. The warm stream of therapeutic oil was comforting and soothing. The head massage, was over-the-top and I could have slept during the entire session. A tranquil feeling remained with me for the remainder of my evening. I slept deeply that night and felt rejuvenated and bright-eyed the next day. I would recommend this to anyone and would do it daily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harpreet is a fantastic massage therapist! She’s so knowledgeable, kind and generous. She makes you comfortable and the experience is worth the money. I’ve had a few massages with Harpreet and have felt extremely relaxed after muscle spasms etc. She also knows a great deal about Ayurveda which is a fantastic bonus. Love this place!

I believe this stems from the fact that Harpreet takes a genuine interest and concern in her patients well being. I also had my first experience with the Ayurveda Treatment. This is a very relaxing experience and I would highly recommend this treatment.
