J'ai fait plusieurs réparation sur mon bateau et le problème n'est toujours pas régler quand on me dit que tout marche bien. C'est sur que je me trouve une autre marina.
Very poor customer service and repair service too. Employees are lost. It takes a long time to get good service. I have done several repairs on my boat and the problem is still not resolved when I am told that everything is working fine. It is on that I find myself another marina.

Boisvert Marine has been taking care of our boat for 12 years and my experience has been very positive. Last summer, I acquired a new boat from Boisvert Marine; Pierre Olivier and his team have been of remarkable support and the desire to satisfy the customer is obvious.

J'ai acheté mon bateau Monterey neuf en 2018 chez Marina Fortin et le service après-vente était de très piètre qualité. Récemment j'ai communiqué avec Jean-Claude au département des pièces qui s'est occupé de moi comme si j'avais acheté mon bateau chez eux. Mieux encore, j'étais prêt à payer pour des pièces défectueuses à remplacer et Jean-Claude a fait tout le nécessaire auprès du manufacturier pour remplacer mes pièces sous garantie. De plus, j'ai eu la chance d'échanger avec le directeur des ventes, M. Benoit Chapdelaine, qui m'a assisté dans mes démarches pour potentiellement upgrader prochainement mon bateau. N'hésitez pas une seconde à faire affaires avec cette équipe d'experts du nautisme! Chapeau Boisvert Marine!
I have only one word: WOW! I had the chance to discover Boisvert Marine and its exceptional team this year. I bought my Monterey boat new in 2018 at Marina Fortin and the after-sales service was very poor. Recently I contacted Jean-Claude in the parts department who took care of me as if I had bought my boat from them. Even better, I was ready to pay for defective parts to be replaced and Jean-Claude did everything necessary with the manufacturer to replace my parts under warranty. In addition, I had the chance to discuss with the sales manager, Mr. Benoit Chapdelaine, who assisted me in my efforts to potentially upgrade my boat in the near future. Do not hesitate for a second to do business with this team of nautical experts! Hats off to Boisvert Navy!
