★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree with the concern of many, that English should be an option while calling the official hotline, and the fact that this is upsetting for many, should be considered in the city, stop bringing spins and answers and just do some service for your poeple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This police department is targeting innocent citizens for not being a robot! I drive all over the USA and Canada and this is the absolute only place where I’m getting ticketed non stop just for being human! Targeting and ticketing innocent people by hiding in places where people are most vulnerable (including police officers) is all they do all day long!!! I’m driving thousands of miles all over and everything’s good, arriving to Boisbriand I get welcomed by the police for making a mistake or for foreseeing a signage which is not posted properly and is not visible to the human eye or just for their lies just made up on the spot and it’s very costly! Because it almost seem like a set up between the police department and the court it’s easier to win something in the Supreme Court of Canada then in this court!, Close to non is winning in this court, vary inhuman! And unfortunately the only records on my license for seven years of my driving is in Boisbriand because these monsters are out there to get you and rip your licenses into pieces for nonsense! cuz all they do is TARGETING PEOPLE!!! Creating police traps;-( (Trust me I’m not the only one saying/or feeling that! A day that it’s not me it’s someone else I see it all the time! Something’s not right with this department, corrupt!). and on a side note there’s no English option on website for a city with English citizens or residents!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm paying texes here and can't reach the hotline since they only give french options. Thousands of boisbriand residents consider English as thair first language, this is called zero service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just found out something is wrong with the water in Boisbriand and surrounding areas and we are to boil the water.?? No message was sent to me or my neighbors to in form us the guy at the gas station had to tell us and he only knew because a city worker came to buy gas and asked how come he was still selling coffee made with the city water? I find this really irresponsible on the part of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the hotline for assistance with a dangerous tree, and could not reach a person since I don't know french. This is stupid and silly. French is a beautiful language, but to punish English-speaking poeple with no service is beyond common sense. Thinking about legal actions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and helpful staff, wasn't there for pleasant reason but that's not the staff fault and they were really helpful in the end.
The only reason for the missing star is the quantity of interest they charge me over the time I stop paying because of medical reasons forcing me, but I guess they just saw it as buisness as usual.
