★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toujours un bon service. Variété de materiaux de qualité Bois brute excellent, live edge, planche de bois franc brute vernis pré venis etc. Poutre, planche, pin erable noyer merisier rosewood frene peuplier.
 Always good service. Variety of quality materials Excellent raw wood, live edge, raw hardwood varnish pre venis etc. Beam, plank, pine maple walnut cherry rosewood ash poplar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bois de piètre qualité et quand je leur mentionne quand la moitier du plancher est fini… de me faire répondre si tu es pas content arrête là et ramène le reste… manque de vernis sur les planches, plein de planche pas la même largeur, me suis rentrer une écharde dans peau en glissant mon pieds sur le plancher… et j’en passe !!! Planche de 8’’ de long presque toute la boîte malgré qu’en magasin ils laissaient miroiter des planches de 3’…
Poor quality wood and when I tell them when half of the floor is finished... to make me answer if you're not happy stop there and bring the rest back... lack of varnish on the boards, lots of boards not the same width, follow me get a splinter in my skin by sliding my feet on the floor… and so on!!! 8'' long board almost the entire box despite the fact that in store they let 3' boards dangle...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus jamais je vais y aller. J’y allais depuis quelques années mais après deux mauvaises expériences, c’est terminé! Les prix ont augmentés tandis que la qualité du service et du bois a diminuée. Ça fait deux fois que je part de là les mains vides pour aller chez Langevin Forest.
La dernière fois, j’avais besoin d’une quarantaine de pmp de noyer pour un projet. La qualité de la demie palette qu’ils appellent ‘’select’’ était horrible. J’ai eu de la difficulté à trouver deux belles planches. J’étais le seul client et je replacais la demie palettes quand l’employé est venu me voir pour me dire que je ne pouvais pas sélectionner mes planches comme ça. Il m’a carrément dit que si les clients commençaient à étaler leur bois partout dans le magasin ça serait un problème. Il a refusé de me sortir une autre demie palette de noyer en disant que c’était la même chose que l’autre! Service horrible. C’est terminé pour moi!!
I will never go there again. I had been going there for a few years but after two bad experiences, it's over! Prices have gone up while the quality of service and wood has gone down. I've left there empty-handed twice to go to Langevin Forest.
Last time I needed about 40 pmps of walnut for a project. The quality of the half pallet they call "select" was horrible. I had a hard time finding two nice boards. I was the only customer and I was replacing half the pallets when the employee came to see me to tell me that I couldn't select my boards like that. He bluntly told me that if customers started spreading their wood all over the store it would be a problem. He refused to get me another half walnut palette saying it was the same as the other one! Terrible service. It's over for me!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in my life. You would expect good customer service from a mom and pop shop. Ordered best wood quality and received a mediocre product. Was asked by owner to leave and never come back when I wanted to exchange rejected planks to complete my project, although they had agreed over the phone : DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING IN A BOX THERE. Learned my lesson, not worth the potential savings from not buying from an established wood supplier. Considering suing them. Every piece of wood had to be inspected before being installed - thus increasing installation time (by factor of 3). Was insulted by Julien Lacombe, the ''guy that makes the wood prices'', a complete hypocrite. What else could I do, I needed the wood to complete a room...
