★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a client at Body Sense for roughly 3-4 years, but I have since moved to Calgary & have yet to find a place I love as much as I loved it here. Jamie was my go to for most of my visits & I miss her dearly! Always a great experience with her, the prices are affordable & the shop is in a great location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the ladies that works here is aggressive and unprofessional she came at me in a parking lot. I though she was going to be physically aggressive towards me.. I would never allow someone to work in a customer service business that treats patrons of this mall so inappropriately. I have never even been here but I would never use their services or recommend their services to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I would say whatever and move on, but I'm frustrated with the quality of the waxing I recieved. The esthetician was really nice, but she missed a ton of little patches of hair on my legs, and left hair broken rather than pulled (trust me, after 2 months, I had enough length to work with to remove smoothly). Really disappointed that I'm going to have to find another place because the price is good - but you get what you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go to place for waxing/sugaring. The prices are super reasonable, and the ladies are very friendly. I moved away for school for a while and before I left last fall, I used to get sugared regularly there by one girl, and she always did an amazing job. Now that I've returned, they have a new girl (unsure if the girl I used to see is still there even), and she doesn't quite do such a thorough job (hence the 4 stars) - guess I just got used to the great job the other girl did. That being said, I'll still happily continue going here got my waxing/sugaring needs.
