★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best therapeutic and relaxing massage at Body Maintenance. I was suffering from a hip injury that caused tension throughout my body. Mike released that tension and showed me how to manage the pain through simple exercises. I highly recommend Body Maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing massage, I felt, very comfortable. Mike took time to release my tension areas and soothing areas that were tender. Just the right amount of pressure, so there was no pain after the massage. Highly recommend getting consistent massage therapy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed with Mike’s calm demeanour and professionalism. He took the time to discuss my various aches and pains and was able to explain to me what I could expect during and after the massage. The massage itself was one of the best that I have had. He made sure to check in with me to see if the pressure was to my liking. I really liked that he suggested some simple stretches that I could do at home to increase some flexibility issues that I am having. I have already booked my next appointment.
