I ordered a smoothie on the app. I've ordered on the app before, and when I arrived, the staff take my smoothie out of a fridge to keep it cool. Today, when I got to the store (a couple minutes later than when the smoothie would be ready), my smoothie was sitting out on the counter. My first though was how long they had left it out for? It looked very unappetizing, not filling up the entire smoothie cup, and very thin/watery (I like my smoothies a normal thick consistency). As i drank the smoothie, it tasted like almond milk blended with protein powder, then random large chunks of coconut, cacao, and dates sitting on the bottom, not at all blended. I did not enjoy this smoothie at all, if that's what you would even call it, and felt that it was a big waste of money. It was surprising the staff considered the smoothie up to standards. I normally like body energy club, so I will not be going back to this location.

I can't even begin to express how kind and helpful the staff at this location are. I went in with a lot of questions on some supplements I needed, they were so knowledgeable and gave me some great advice. Also, my Smoothie was made to perfection and super delicious. Quick, friendly and reliable staff with a great sense of humour too. Thank you Body Energy, can't wait to come back soon!

I am on the Body Energy Club's e-mail list and yesterday I received an e-mail with the subject line "We Miss You - Enjoy 50% off a Smoothie". I decided to pick up one of their bowls for lunch and also enjoy the half-price smoothie, which you have to spend $10 to receive. I printed off the e-mail coupon (not the remainder of what would have been four pages, so as not to waste paper). When I presented the coupon, I was asked for my phone number, which I provided, and was then told that my "e-mail is not showing in their system" and that they couldn't take the coupon as my e-mail address was not displayed on it. I told them I received the coupon offer VIA E-MAIL and offered to provide that in-store, but the employee at the till mumbled something further and I had to clarify that no, they couldn't honour their offer. So, Body Energy Club, when you send me a coupon that says "We haven't seen you in a while!", this is why...poor customer service with excuses that make no sense. I enjoy the quality of your fresh food, but having worked in the hospitality industry myself, I value customer service just as much. A very disappointing experience.

I was swing by at their Cordova location. I always have extra request, which been perfectly served by Christina. Her customer service and pro product advice was very satisfying. Highly recommend that location, very fast service.

20 minutes to prepare a smoothie? Really? And the person preparing the food didn’t even have a mask on… terrible.

I went to order one of their bowls, and had the WORST customer service experience ever. The lady looked so miserable and was so blunt and rude. She made me feel like I made her day worse by trying to purchase from this store… and when she told me about their cash policy she was also very rude about it. ( I understand the cash policy and would have gone and gotten cash out of the ATM, which would not have been an issue for me) but with her attitude and the way she treated me made sure that I will not be returning to this location. Please consider hiring friendly staff

Great service! Shelapt (so sure I didn’t spell this right) and Cole were great! There was some miscommunication with my order, and they were able to resolve it quickly. Appreciate it especially since I came in last night near closing.

Ordered a smoothie split in two cups, we usually each get one but just wanted a small snack before lunch. I paid the extra $1.25 for the second cup, which is totally fine and I understand. However, when we went to pick it up it was made in one cup. We politely asked for it to be split in two as we ordered. The lady was extremely rude and said no we had to pay for the second cup. I showed her the order, in which we paid for the second cup. She then poured half in another cup and spilled some when she did it, so we ended up with two 1/3 full smoothies. Will not be coming back.
