★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t express how happy I am that I found Bobbie. Her office is comforting and she is very easy to talk to. The thing I noticed most, was her level of skill and knowledge when dealing with something as difficult as the trauma of losing a loved one. Her methods are unparalleled to other councillors and all I can say is if you need to talk, go see her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so thankful for my sessions with Bobbie. She has a way of making a person feel heard and feel safe while breaking down trauma related barriers from the past. I had never done anything like EMDR before and it truly is a remarkable tool in the journey towards healing. Bobbie is personable, knowledgeable and offers gentle directness that has helped me make great strides in a relatively short amount of time. I finally feel like I am doing ‘real work’ on myself and all my relationships have been enriched for the better. Before I met Bobbie my life and my family was in a pretty grim downward spiral and I can hardly believe how much things have changed for the better in the last year. Grateful doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Life is hard, and sometimes you just need to be able to talk to someone who has an unbiased outside perspective. Bobbie is honestly the easiest person to talk to; making each session very productive. By using EMDR for past trauma and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, she has helped show me that self-worth can change every aspect of your life, for the better! With a sense of calmness along with compassion and great techniques, you leave her office feeling like you can take on the world! I only wish I had come to Bobbie sooner.
