★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my experience the service is outstanding the staff and branch manager go out their way to help. I have never experienced a long wait time and I appreciate the patience and attention I have experienced.

I have visited a few BMO locations here in Calgary. I will say no more!
I still miss the warmth and friendly customer service at this location. My experience was always uplifting and positive, from customer service to the Manager herself. This is a great location with wonderful people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a bmo customer at the timberlea branch for about 8 years. The majority of their staff are long term employees and very knowledgeable. While issues are rare, the staff have always went above and beyond to correct any issues. The branch manager is polite, friendly, professional and will go out of her way to ensure that your needs are met. I’m not sure why people have posted poor reviews. I am assuming they had issues on their end of the transaction or didn’t understand the rules the banks have to play by then blamed this on the bank itself. I go out of my way to use the timberlea branch because i know my needs are met without issues.
