I am always having problems with customer service, I always have to go to the bank to get my cards and when you call the branch it's been four times I go to the bank to go and solve the problem I find it boring

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire banque que j'ai fais affaire. Leur machine m'a volé 40$ lors d'un dépôt. Des bug ça arrive, mais il ne sont pas en mesure de me rembourser. Moi je change d'endroit. De plus, leur application est extrèmement longue à charger. Banque BMO = voleur!
Worst bank I have done business. Their machine stole $ 40 from me during a deposit. Bugs happen, but they are not able to reimburse me. Me I change place. In addition, their application is extremely long to load. BMO Bank = thief!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils m'ont accueilli les bras ouverts après une mauvaise expérience avec une autre banque et chaque fois que j'y vais je suis bien accueilli. Pour ma part le service téléphonique fonctionne très bien, et leur confirmation d'identité au téléphone est vraiment plus fiable que d'autres places.
They welcomed me with open arms after a bad experience with another bank and every time I go I am made to feel welcome. For me, the phone service works very well, and their identity confirmation over the phone is really more reliable than other places.
