★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The automated answering machine here will make you wish you weren't born. I am sure it was designed to discourage anyone from ever phoning this bank again. Other than that the people who work there are awesome if you are able to get through this terrible excuse of an answering machine without blowing your head off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch does not answer the phone or return messages, and not just today, but the last month and a half!
I had trouble breathing and talking with my mask on so the lady serving me thought I was getting excited and proceeded to be very rude! I asked for something very important to be changed as soon as possible and she snapped, "it can't be done right away!" So I had to explain how it has to be done as soon as it possibly can be done...like seriously this is very important banking and livelihood we are talking about!!!
