★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I dont even know where to.start but all in all bmo here has been terrible. In fact just today they let someone the cra in fact just remove 12000 from my account. An account that has been paid. Then when they totally messed up my traps. The difficulty I have had with his bank makes me want to just finally move my business elsewhere. Tsk tsk tsk BMO. Might want to answer your phones once in a while and get back to your customers. Once again totally disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to recently go to this bank as I am a victim of identify fraud and had someone create a BMO Mastercard in my name. I went to this branch in Camrose to cancel it and was assisted by Kirby. She was extremely patient, understanding and helpful. I hope she gets recognition for this as she made the experience of cancelling the card and notifying BMO seamless and easy. I was even on the phone at the time, trying to cancel a card with another company and she was completely understanding. I go to ATB normally but if I ever considered another bank, BMO may be my next choice.
