The Rudest Bank Manager in all of Canada. BTW look at the 5 star reviews! They look totally fake. Also I have left a 1 star review before and it seems to get reported and removed.... seems they cant take criticism

Worst service I have ever encountered. Right from the start Behareh the person I had my meeting with started talking down to me as if my appearance wasn't to her high standards. I was Trying ask about getting a better interest rate on my line of credit, it was an absolute joke, she didnt even want to do her job she kept telling me i shouldn't even try and when started asking her reasons why she just rolled her eyes and starts to mutter fine I'll try but its gonna hurt your credit score to try. So i decided to stop the meeting and told it was obvious she didn't want to help me and started to leave and she thats would be a good have a nice day in an ignorant tone.Do not do business with this branch absolutely garbage customer service.

Very disappointed with my experience. I am a long time BMO customer & was looking to buy a new home & have my mortgage moved to BMO. They took a month of going back & forth, always β€œbusy” with other things.. no answers. The manager is not responsive. I was able to get what I needed from TD within a day & they will be doing my wealth management in the future. I had always had great experiences with BMO until this, it was my first time dealing with this branch. I would recommend seeking a different branch to deal with

Off the 6 till, only 1 is open, 25 min in line to send a one transaction, zero respect for clients time. Won't be using this branch anymore

I'm was only one customer at this location to get some documents which usually require them to ctr+print. It took them 10 minutes. What I got a certificate manually written with wrong name. I think they need some computer skills. Very slow. I'm sure they are still in 90's.

Ms Anna Zhou, who has allegedly worked at this branch for over 6 years, has never heard of HELOC when her clients inquired about mortgages.

for me it is the worst customer service I have ever seen, they changed paychecks to all my co-workers and not me because I have to have an account with BMO and none of my colleagues have it, for me they discriminate against people!! If I could only give them a zero rating, I honestly would, but Google won't let me!

I'm deeply disappointed by BMO customer service at 2564 Shaughnessy St. Port Coquitlam location. In September I deposited a check at BMO ATM. My check and debit card got stuck in the machine. Immediately I reported the problem to the manager. Manager wasn't very helpful but I was definitely awaiting the return of my check and debit card. After 20 minutes she brought me my debit card completely scratched. She said I have to wait few days for check to be returned. It's been almost 3 months and I'm still waiting for my check. I've been to the bank a few times to find out when I will get my check back but my problem was ignored. Who is responsible for solving my problem? When I get my money back? Bank of incompetent people and ignorance towards the client.
