Go to another branch. Customer service is non existent. Just glorified clerks from another era and a branch that is out of touch. I had terrible service and the branch manager offered air miles as an apology. They’re hopeless.

During these Covid-19 times it's hard to get to branches with the current hours. I just barely made it to this location with 5 mins to closing and I needed my line of credit. Instead of shying me away because they were soon to close the staff and a woman named Elena worked it out in the way that they could and everything worked out great. I appreciated it

Walked in to look after something that I should have been able to do over the phone (I couldn't) and saw an employee in an office with her door open talking on the phone with her mask down. I turned around and left. My safety is more important than that.

Initially I was hesitant to go to this place looking at the reviews as many people said that they are slow. However when I went on a Friday afternoon it was not very crowded. I hardly waited for a minute until my turn arrived. My work was done quite quickly. The lady at the desk was helpful and helped me with all my queries.

this is the slowest branch I've ever been to, I had one person in line ahead of me and it took me 40mins to do a simple transaction. please improve your hiring and training

An overdraft of one of my accounts was created by duplicate fund transfers executed by my unworthy investment company, WealthSimple. WealthSimple refused to reject/cancel the transactions summing up to a very large amount. After a sleepless night I went to the BMO bank at the Woodbridge Ave. branch, Mary specifically, took control of the situation and stop payment. My money is now safely back into my account. Thank-you Mary, you're a life saver.

I've been banking with BMO for over 8 years and I have to say the 145 Woodbridge avenue location staff is absolutely horrible. I finished work at 4:30 and with all the traffic I get to the BMO 4: 50 p.m. just to have the door shut on me soon as I walk in the first set of doors. This is the second day in a row that I have came at 4:50 p.m. when closing time is 5:00 p.m. only to have the doors locked on me. I understand that no customers were in the bank but I didn't expect them to close early because of it. There's one particular lady with a medium build and glasses who is just condescending. I've never felt the need to write any reviews but I was so angry that I decided to. The first day that it happened I knocked on the window and the two employees just looked at me and continued on with their conversation although it was 10 minutes before closing time the second time as I'm walking in the big lady with glasses locks the door as I walk in the first set of doors and doesn't even acknowledge the fact that I'm in there. I'm sorry this is a long review I'm just so frustrated because I came before closing and still was not able to get any help. The staff need to do better I understand everyone wants to go home early but to some of us this bmo is the closest in the area.

The worst BMO branch !!Worst customer service!! 0 stars, not 1 !!! the way the staff respects their clients here is awful !!! I have almost all the money I saved in BMO accounts, but I take it all out. I came for appointment that I made online. No one was available to me. I was received by a financial agent that was about to take her lunch break, but which had no desire to be kind and to help me in my concerns. The way she spoke to me and her attitude were horrible. To get rid of me as soon as possible, she asked for papers that were not necessary. I told her to stop the appointment, because there is no point in continuing with an agent I don't trust. I asked her to give me back all the papers, but she insisted on making copy’s for an appointment record. I did not insist, however, I asked for a check transfer with all my money from this bank. It's not worth keeping your money in a bank where you are not respected as a customer !! BMO doesn’t need this kind of employees!!!
