the thing that is most offensive is that they only keep 9am-5pm hours what about the clients who work those 9am-5pm hours. What about our banking? Does that not matter? Staying open till 7pm at least one day a week would vastly improve the average experience and help from the bank being overcrowded... Feels like this bank doesn't want the business of the average person who works 9-5....

We have been occasional customers here for many years and have never had any problems or issues. Always smooth sailing. It has only been fairly recently that we really got to know how good and caring some of the staff are. A Big shoutout to Brian and William for going above and beyond helping our family navigate the lengthy and sometimes difficult process when a family member passes with a poorly written will. This is a very small branch with a very big heart. Many Thanks.

Hi, I would like to write a feedback for my banking experience today with Alina Kolomiiets at the Denman BMO branch, because this is the best banking experience I have ever had and I would love to in some ways give back to her generosity. For what was meant to be a quick ATM stop, I encountered some technical problems with the machine. Alina promptly assisted me in her office to deposit my cheques, and while doing so offered me countless assistance and review of my overall bank account. She helped me change my old debit card to the newest one, adjusted the accessibility of my funds, analyse, review, and upgrade my account according to my needs. All the while doing so with a loving smile, genuine, helpful and professional attitude. This is the best banking experience I have ever had and it is what makes Alina stand out from all other BMO banking experiences. Alina is absolutely amazing and I will definitely return to her for all my future banking needs! Thank you and have a great day!

BMO is probably the worst bank I've ever dealt with. This place isn't even deserving of 1 star. If you want to cancel your credit card or pretty much do anything with your account (other than paying or checking your balance) you have to call or go into the branch. Even if it's something as simple as an account unlock If you call in and if you can even get to the queue (sometimes it will just say the queue is full and hang up on you) it is always a 2 hour plus wait, and has been all year long. You'd think for one of the main banks of Canada they'd at least have a callback feature. If you try to go to the branch, it's pretty much the same deal with a massive lineup each time that is always over an hour wait. Likely due their awful wait times. As a consumer this is completely unacceptable to have to wait this long. I was just going to cancel my credit card only and keep just my line of credit open but have decided to cancel everything.. on my TD accounts I've never had to wait longer than a minute.

Worst customer service at this branch. You never know who is the manager of this branch. Very unprofessional staff Some are rude and helpless. They shouldn't even work as a teller. Other banks will help you while you are waiting. I Hope BMO finds a responsible manager for this branch and hires sharp and responsible staff.

The BMO has just wasted my time since I started my business with them, lots of my friends have closed their account with BMO and moved to RBC or TD. I've been trying to close my account since 2 weeks ago and they have been trying to waste my time and everytime they ask me to come next week. Worst bank ever. They don't deserve even 1 star
