Shoutout to a teller named Chris!! I always have a pleasant experience thanks to this super kind and patient teller. I sometimes have to bring my young children to get some things done and he always tries to get a smile from them even when they are being impatient. It is not often you get a feeling that bank tellers actually care much about what they do but Chris really seems genuine and really seems like he enjoys what he does.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Raced from work to make a credit card payment... Walked in, caught glares from a man in second front office. ( Young guy) the minute I walked in. Really strange as I always have such a great experience here. Then the two younger ladies stood there for about two minutes then said be right there... Then Sara whom was my teller asked if I was making a payment on the card by telling me loudly how much I owed on that card??? I thought coming in on a sat to beat the lineup would be wise.. I'm good. The actual "Ladies" who work during the week are ALWAY respectful & show respect. Sara was loud, dismissive and highly disrespectful in regards to being discreet when dealing with customers. I'll stand in line for 20 mins before I would ever wish to go through dealing with Sara who maybe because of her age ( Early 20s) doesn't quite grasp the concept of how to treat customers. I dont wish to ever diminish or disregard the other employees. They've been amazing. Sara could use a workshop on how to treat all customers. Whether thay have small or large debts... Discretion is key... Felt like they were upset that I was coming in on a Saturday at 3:15 but I work four jobs and have maybe 6 hours a week combined between being a single mom as well.... Sorry for the inconvenience Sara. Thanks but no thanks

Staff aren’t very friendly. Be prepared to wait any single time you have to go to the teller... severely understaffed!!! I wish I could post a picture because I literally just left the bank... waited for 20 minutes to withdraw some money because they only had one teller working. Had to take a picture of the empty teller stations and the people in line because it’s like that every time I go in there.

Waited in line today for 1 of 2 Customer Service people. Tried to complete a wire transfer, after an hour I’m told there is no manager to authorize it. She suggests I go to the West Kelowna branch. Get there and they have no manager. They were able to have a manager at another branch authorize it? 2.5 hours from the time I left home to get it done. Could have been done at the Mission Branch if they had checked!

Read the reviews friends... I like so many others did not read the reviews of this particular bank because well, its a bank and you expect a certain standard of quality. Well let me tell you, if you want to get any important banking done, don't do it here. I have spent the last 3 months trying to get SCRAPS of information form my banker. I send email after email asking "hey, what is the time line on this?' or " Hey I haven't heard anything from you, is there something else you need from my end?" and I will maybe get a response every 6 weeks... or right away when I gave an ultimatum, but even that bore no useful information for me. While I understand that the banking world is busy, it is not a flippant excuse that can be thrown back at a client who needs actual help and information. I wish I could just take my issue somewhere else, but I fear losing 3 months of head way on this. Oh and if you are thinking, "I'll just file a complaint" DON'T waste your time , they will send you in circle over and over again to different departments. I will tell you one thing is certain, I will be leaving this bank permanently once I can wrap all my finances up. After 11 years of banking with them, I have never been as disappointed and dissatisfied as I am now. If Guiliano is your banker, GOOD LUCK and GOD SPEED. Your great grandchildren will still be waiting for him to do his job.

As I wait in line 7 customers deep all of us respecting COVID protocols (there is a sign btw at the entrance of the bank stating capacity is 7) an 8 customer comes in blows by everyone in line and speaks to an Ariana that had come out of her office to assist another customer. This person not only gets all her questions asked but then asks if she can get in the front of the line. Ariana says yes in front of all of us who are patiently waiting. This person was picking up a visa card nothing more important than any of us and she didn't have an appointment. Not only did Arianna accommodate but then sunny is happy to help her. there was a senior waiting in line... seriously? If you are going to make us stand in line abide by capacity rules you better make sure your employees are too. I speak up and literally nothing done and no care shared. They really didn't care, clearly there is a reason why this branch gets the reviews it does. BTW after Ariana helped that barging customer she went back and his in her office. Leaving the rest of us including that senior to continue to wait in line

Jill and Elliott went above and beyond for me! This isn't my usual branch, and a trip to the bank isn't typically a good time haha, but they were so warm and welcoming. Super grateful for their exceptional customer service and support. Will definitely be going back to this location for future use!

I was profiled and refused service yesterday by the absolute worst Branch Manager. Will be canceling my account and contacting the local Media. This is the second time she has profiled me and given me below par service based on HER entitled opinion. Use any other Bank and/or any other location. She is a biased, bigoted, rude and entitled person. BMO would have gained a local business as a client but instead her profiling me has caused them to loose clients. Do NOT go here. Do NOT give this person any kind of control over your finances. Unprofessional and unfit to be in any position of authority. Do Better
