j	joel demings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Blue Ribbon Plumbing since I first met Joanne at a Biz meeting in January of 2019. They have always taken good care of us and the folks we have referred them to. This morning was no exception! I was in my basement gym getting ready for a little exercise and heard what sounded like a little brook! I went into the mechanical room to investigate and hot water was pouring out of the bottom of the hot water heater! I called Joanne and by 3:30 The Amazing Jeremy had the new tank installed and we were good to go! He also looked over an issue with our humidifier and will be back on Monday to take care of it. Can't say enough good about these guys!!!

I assumed that an independent plumber would be able to install our dishwasher for a lower price than Lowe's (where we purchased the dishwasher), however the invoice was $30 more than Lowe's. On the phone I was told that the installation would take 1-2 hours, however, the technician was in our condo for 3 hours and I had to help with portions of the procedure. I did not think that a dishwasher installation could be that complex. Nonetheless, the job was completed, the old dishwasher was removed and I was only billed for 2 of the 3 hours.

Tech came on time, quoted a reasonable price, fixed the problem in no time and was able to take care of an irrigation system upgrade at the same time. Great customer service, quality and pricing.
