In our business we deal with business owners all the time, and we know a good one when we see one. He called to follow up within hours of the job being done, to make sure we were satisfied. Worth every penny, and will continue to support this local business.

They get it.......responsive to request, accommodating to my schedule, great job done respectful of my property, and even a follow up "are you satisfied" call. In my experience as a homeowner there are a lot of businesses out there that should adopt this model.
