e	errabelly kruthi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have sent a postal application and the canada post tracking says delivered a week back, since then i am trying to reach customer service because i am not able to track my application on the website. The customer service agents have zero knowledge and everyone has their own version of stories, they are saying it could be still in the mailbox and when I asked how often you check the mailbox he said every other day. When i asked him then why is mine still there even after a week, he has no answer. I kept on saying I have my original passport in it please atleast confirm that you have received it, but they still deny to confirm and asked me to just wait for couple more days. I have been on calls everyday with the customer service and sometimes they just abruptly disconnect my call after waiting for an hour or so. Very disappointed

I went there back and forth for four days because there was always something wrong with the application. There was no one to assist properly how to fill form and stuff . The security guy was so rude. He was on a different ego trip. Anyways everything aside gurmeet ( I hope I am spelling her name right) helped me with my passport renewal application and I feel so bad for her as she was working by herself for two days because her coworker decided to take two days off. These 3 stars are only because of gurmeet. She deserve 5 stars for her services. 0 star for poor management. She did not even took her break. I felt so bad for her because people were talking rudely to her too. I hope the management should really hire more people.

I was in desperate need for my Visa or a duplicate Canadian passport so I could travel for work while I left my passport with the Indian Consulate during the Visa application process. After repeated attempts to get help from the Canadian passport office, where I couldn't even speak to someone other than a security guard, I went to the BLS office. After explaining my situation they helped with my paperwork and told me when to return to apply for my Visa. They went above and beyond to help me and I am very appreciative. Thank you again!
M	Mihir Dhandha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointments are very scarce so I did a walk-in. The wait time was not too bad. The security person was humble and helpful. So was the person at the desk, Gurneet I think. She quickly reviewed my documents and that's it.

She is actually knew her work thoroughly and gave us excellent customer service. 5 stars for her service...office needs more employees like her. Security personnel was also humble and considerate. Be ready to scramble for parking in Downtown. Office structure and management needs improvement.
C	Chandra James on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment in February and got it for April, so if you need to book an appointment, make sure you do it early. Service was excellent, got there 10 minutes before my appointment, was given a number and asked to wait. It wasn't very busy. Called into the office exactly on time. The young lady, Gurmeet, that I met with was very quick, went through my paperwork and suggested I sign up for phone alerts regarding my file as well. Was able to pay my fees with debit card. Overall a very positive experience.

This office was recommended by a friend who also got his passport renewed and was very happy with the service he received. I am also so delighted with my experience. Starting from the friendly and smiling face of the security person who was so patient with all questions directed to them; to the extremely professional and helpful counter official. I would go back again for any other consulate related requests, knowing that the request will be professionally forwarded to the consulate.

Wish they had mentioned on their website Usually takes around 1.5 hours wait for walk-ins (if you show up as soon as they open) Have been there for appointments before. Good staff. EDIT 1: Even though BLS-Canada talks about application submission slots for Toronto and Ottawa centres, one could assume for Vancouver also, my bad.
