Blitz Beach House

Wonderful place, right on the ocean, a great place to get away to relax on one of several outdoor patios, go kayaking, or hike one of the many trails in the area. Hosts make sure everything is comfortable. Would go again in an instant!

Blitz Beach House is delightful. The location is superb and the views spectacular. The attention to detail and comfort is really good and we appreciated the barbecue, fully equiped kitchenette and water toys. We enjoyed the various sitting areas, private deck, and garden seating with views and fire pit. Paula and Marius are gracious, well informed, kind hosts. Definitely will revisit.

We loved our stay at the Blitz Beach House. It is a beautiful oasis. Gorgeous landscaping and exceptional views made it a perfect place to relax and escape for a few days. Our hosts were lovely people. You can easily see how much thought went into everything from the garden and patio furniture, to the games, the coffee and much more. We can't wait to go back.

Linda & I had a wonderful staycation at Blitz House. Paula and Marius were very welcoming and met us upon arrival with all COVID precautions in place. The suite was spotless and had a country cottage feel. When we first walked in we were greeted by a welcome note and some chocolate Easter bunnies, which was very thoughtful. The amenities were good, coffee grinder for fresh morning coffee, granola bars, cereal and a good selection of teas and hot chocolate. The deck outside the suite boasts spectacular views with an outdoor sitting area to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. We were also offered to use several sitting areas near the main house, very close to the waters edge, one having a fire pit to enjoy a nice fire. The wood was also provided. Heading down to the sitting areas were garden boxes of fresh vegetables which we were offered to help ourselves to. The hosts were lovely people, very informative, and communication was easy and pleasant. Thank you Paula for the homemade cookies, delicious! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again in the future. What's not to love, the panoramic views, eagles soaring by not to mention marine wildlife. They show great pride in their home as they should, it is a beautiful serene place to be. We are local people and if you are looking for a staycation this one should definitely be on the top of your list.

Can't say enough Blitz Beach House is a wonderful place. Way peaceful with the ocean just a few steps from your comfy room. Beautiful ocean view romantic evening by the beach with a roaring fire to keep you warm and the starts at night are simply spectacular. A must visit for everyone.

We had a wonderful and relaxing getaway here at Blitz Beach House. The whole while the sound of the ever changing rhythms of the water set the atmosphere. No need to bring music or devices. Just settle into the feel of this sweet and comfortable bachelor pad. (and fabulous outdoor sitting areas!) There were no closets, but lots of hooks to hang stuff. The kitchen is small but adequate with a small bar fridge (we had an extra cooler when our beers took up too much space). Having only one burner for cooking was fine as there's a BBQ steps away. Nice that all the basics are there (coffee, oils, vinegar, etc.) with nice touchs such as creamo, healthy cereal, pop corn, chocolate and even power bars for hiking. Lots of wonderful hiking in the area and lots of good info (cultural, etc.) provided by frindly hosts Paula and Marius. Enjoyed taking out the kayaks. Wear good water shoes as the rocky beach is a challenge. We really thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Four days is a minimum for good reason!

We had a 3 night stay that was wonderful. It is a magical place. The suite is so beautiful, cozy, and clean. Paula and Marius are wonderful hosts. We used their kayaks to paddle along the coast and they provide us with life jackets and other items. One evening, they made us a seaside fire and we stared up at a million stars. I would love to go back every year.
