★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a "potable" water cistern from this company. I use quotes because the unit was stored with the lid off and came complete with a giant block if muddy frozen water inside, which could have been avoided had it been stored with the lid on.
I asked some questions regarding the tank and options and they couldn't be bothered to look into or answer them.
The lid was damaged on construction site so I tried to reach out for a replacement lid. After contacting them numerous times I was told they do not have a replacement. I contacted again and asked if they could order in from supplier or give me supplier information and was basically told to and to go elsewhere.
I feel this company does not back the products they sell and I feel they seriously need to work on customer service and storage practices.
