My only 'complaint' is my phone number wasn't placed on the shipping envelope and due to living in a rural area, despite needing a local address it doesn't come to my door. Had I not checked the shipping in time and saw it had been accepted at the local depot, it would have got sent back before I even knew it arrived as they didn't have my number to call me. Regardless, I hope to order more from them in the future.

Blank Clothing has been amazing to work with! Their team has amazing customer service and ships my orders out within a day or 2. I never have to worry about it! Whenever something is not in stock the notify me right away and provide alternatives. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for tank tops for my husband for our upcoming trip and I came across blankclothing.ca. They have a really good product selection as well as some really nice bright colours. I ordered 5 tank tops all of which I am happy to say are really good quality and they fit perfectly. They arrived very quickly and the transaction was seamless. I will be ordering again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a first purchase from blankclothing and it will be my last. I purchased 2 pair of sweatpants in size small but they were still too large. There was no extra small so I had nothing to exchange for. I called and was simply told I could return them but it would be at my expense. No other offer was made, in fact a total lack of customer service savvy. Sending them back made no sense as the postage was more than the price of the pants. I buy online all the time and have found that merchants generally want to keep customers returning so try to work with them to resolve issues, but blankclothing obviously couldn't care less. This company is a big zero in my book!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful dealing with this company. When you first buy a product, they make you pay for shipping. Fair enough.
If you have to return the product, they make you pay the return shipping and do not reimburse you. (So now you have paid shipping twice). They will not simply exchange the product and ship you a different article.
If you still want the product, you have to buy it again, and pay shipping again. So now you have paid shipping 3 times for one article of clothing!
This is a very sneaky scam, and you should not do business with this company.
