When called, met with gruff and short response. Many mistakes made in the paperwork that had to be corrected. Charges were higher than quoted and no explanation provided. Find someone with better communication skills and attention to detail.

First of all, everything was done in a timely manner - almost to the exact hour, were certain things achieved. When Blake and his team said "this" would occur by 3pm, sure enough, I received communication that whatever we were waiting for or whatever we needed done, had occurred. When it came time to actually sitting down with Blake, everything was done methodically, and he explained everything step-by-step-by-step. What I liked the most about Blake, is that he didn't leave me in the dust; 3 months later, and he is still answering brief questions for me about my new home when I am confused about something pertaining to the purchase of our new home or if I am curious about something builder-related, since we moved into a brand new build. All in all, I would use Blake and his team again, and I would refer him to be used by others.
