Its a great way to wind down specially after a workout or in the evening. There are many health benefits from using saunas regularly beyond detoxification and making one feel great. Took the time to go over everything and make sure I was aware of all the features. This is our second infrared sauna so I am familiar them but this company has some great features with theirs, a very good website and great prices! Definitely a reccomend

I would strongly disagree with Grant as I am a contractor and have installed numerous saunas in my houses and Blackstone has always bent over backward to accommodate me. Why leave a negative comment if you failed to do your homework. There is a reason Blackstone Saunas is the longest running sauna company in Canada and I would recommend them to anybody looking for any type of sauna.
D	Deb Leblanc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had my Blackstone custom sauna for 4 years now and am very happy with this sauna. The product is very well made and works superbly every time, no issues. Only recently I experienced a problem and in contacting Len, he was quite helpful in trying to diagnose what the issue was. It turned out to be a faulty wire (was an electrical issue that had nothing to do with the control panel or keypad --or the sauna itself). He was professional, polite and most importantly --fixed it quickly and made valuable suggestions so this doesn't happen again. If you are looking for an infrared sauna and would like to purchase from a company that backs up their product and service, I would highly recommend Blackstone.

The sauna was delivered on time as promised and was set up in an hour. Now that I have used it a few times I can say it was a great purchase. Thank you so much to the excellent staff at Blackstone saunas, you are the best!
S	Sarah E Braaten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m happy with my sauna because it’s helping with my Lupus. What I’m not happy with is that after it’s first use, the floor cracked. It was not cracked when we put it together and it would appear that it cracked (and is sharp) due to the heat. The pieces of the sauna are very brittle so installation needs to be completely slowly and concisely to ensure you do not break any of the small joints. The instructions manual is useless. I got the sauna for the right price. When I reached out to Jordan the man I spoke with regarding the crack and the high-pitched frequency that the speaker/music system emits I never received a response. I did recommend to a friend.
B	Barton McLaren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: I have tried working with the representative however after a month and half since alerting them to the issue I still don’t know if I’m going to get any warranty support. Very disappointed in the purchase as I shouldn’t have to preheat for 1 a 1.5 hours before using the product. Really makes it inconvenient. Generally happy with the order/delivery process. Assembly was fairly simple but there were a few issues with the way the panels and doors were constructed that I had to fix myself during the install process. The sauna it self works well other than the fact that it takes a REALLY long time to preheat. I'm not sure if this is normal or not but it doesn't seem right to have to preheat for 1+ hours and use for 45 minutes and never have it reach 50 degrees.
R	Ryan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the Classic Two and assembled it myself. Fairly straightforward. Love the sauna, the heat, and the size. The radio/stereo it came with was horrible. Would not connect with my Pixel 3, has massive feedback, and does not work with a USB either. My wife's iPhone connects, but has horrible reception/buzzing. I have liaised with Blackstone over getting a new radio and it's been a multi-month process and I still have no stereo. Love the sauna, but the stereo is bush-league, bought out of a van down by the river. The service at Blackstone has been super slow and painful. All COVIDian leniency has been used up, in my opinion. No stereo is a 1st world problem. But, it comes with one, so I would love it to work and to use to aid in my relaxation by playing jazz.?
