★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away! They are thieves. I rented with them in Wetaskiwin on a monthly contract. They inserted a $500 penalty clause in the agreement without mentioning it to me. Their representative Luke Goltz lied repeatedly and told me that the only requirement in case of termination of tenancy by me will be 1 month notice or 1 month rent penalty. I gave them 5 week notice and moved out a whole month early but they still charged me an extra month of rent plus $500 on top. They also never fixed an extremely noisy heating system due to which I could not use the bedroom and slept on the storage room floor the whole time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Putting in a formal complaint if your thinking about it ....DONT. They cant keep residents They micro manage and are not what they seem one month they had 5 out of the 18 units they have at Vista Court. They have regulators coming in and camping out it's horrible. I have pictures of needles left in the lobby. People sleeping in the lobby. Took a year to get intercoms. My balconey took 2 years to fix and it ended up being worse It isnt clean but expect your suite to immaculate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have lived in two of their buildings now, Birchmount in Wetaskwin and Royal Garden in Edmonton. Both lovely buildings, and great landlords. Very personal, and understanding, and the staff are very friendly! Both buildings are very well kept (cleaned about once a week & sanitized regularly) and felt very safe in both buildings! I have recommended my friends to live in these buildings! Very pleased with my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pioneer Court (the building I used to rent at) is well managed with helpful, friendly staff. I loved the very quiet location and met some nice tenants there, too. My suite had a great layout with a very large kitchen and living room, as well as some high quality upgrades of hardwood and plush carpeting. I also appreciated, that any concerns I had were dealt with expeditiously and fairly. I would highly recommend renting there!
