★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband, friends of ours and myself went to Blackjacks Thursday June 2/22 for supper. My husband banged his leg on the picnic table and cut it. The waitress Sarah was amazing!!! She got us a first aid kit to clean and bandage it. Got my husband a chair to sit at the end instead of on the bench to keep him from hitting the leg again. She checked in with us a few times during our visit to make sure he was ok.
Friday morning my husband and I went for breakfast and the waitress Manon knew who we were from the previous evening. She asked how my husbands leg was, introduced us to the owner and her father who both asked how my husband was doing and how it happened. They were genuinely concerned.
All the staff here is amazing!!! The food is great, huge portions for a good price. It’s clean and inviting. Definitely will be back when we make it out this way again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I call Blackjacks my home away from home. This place is my Cheers. Staff are amazing. They treat you like family and always have time to chat regardless of how busy it is. Heck they even remember how I take my coffee! The menu is fabulous. Everything on it is delicious. And the portion sizes are HUGE. Great value for the price which is super reasonable. The decor is a labour of love by the owner, Clarence, who has collected so many cool things. I find stuff I hadn’t noticed every time I go in. And speaking of love, this place supports many local charities through events held at location. They also support truck, car, and motorcycle enthusiasts with events they host. If you haven’t made a visit what are you waiting for!?

This is a great place to go with friends for Sunday Brunch, tried the Western Skillet this time around, and what a filler. Service was on top of drinks and needs. Captured a few more pictures of memberbilia; I'll leave the rest for visitors to explore and find.

This is a heck of an environment and loving the atmosphere while eating and drinking with my friends. I live in Leduc and have worked in Nisku since 2018 and never knew of this truck stop.
What a gem! Price is reasonable and great tasting; the saying is true, if you see a lot of truckers stopping there's good food around. The service wasn't bad either; the attention to the table was amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nachos and Porky Benedict were excellent. The nachos in particular were a standout: the chips were generously seasoned and didn't rely as much on the toppings or salsa/sour cream. The toppings were also layered so there wasn't any empty spots. The Porky Benedict was excellent too: eggs were cooked exactly as requested and their bacon and ham were tasty, while the English muffins were good. The hash browns that came with the dish though? Not only were they crisp, but who would've thought that garnishing with scallions would make a huge difference. All in all, an excellent first time for me and definitely not the last time I'll be coming :)
