Terrible body shop frank is a hack, has a spending problem cant keep products in the shop or pay his employees. Terrible, look at his response how well an employee performs. What a joke. The employee performed just fine, you still need to pay. We do the work you need to pay. You dont have the right to just decide not to. You havent even paid the employees you kept. Your a joke, everyone else in the industry knows it.

Went to them to do some repairs on a vehicle for a salvage inspection. They said it would be done in a week or 10 days tops, It's been 37 days since I dropped it off and still haven't got the vehicle back .

Last Friday, I went to Blackfalds Collision for a vehicle inspection because their price is very cheap ($45.00). It is cheap for a reason... and that reason is to draw you in. Once there the inspection will find all kinds of stuff wrong with your vehicle, which they will offer to fix.... On my vehicle, I was told I need front shocks, front wheel bearings, front ball joint, a tail light, back brakes (which is true), and various other issues. All the above on a vehicle with 155,00k. They also marked my vehicle as "modified for speed and performance, which it is not. They marked my vehicle an "not roadworthy." When questioned about the validity of the assessment, the so-called mechanic got hostile and aggressive. I paid and left. I then immediately went and had my vehicle inspected at another place in Red Deer. The only thing flagged from this inspection was the back brakes. My vehicle passed as roadworthy... as I knew it would. Blackfalds Collision may be a good body shop (though they will never get my business based on the above), but their vehicle inspection practices are designed to get you there and then find TONS of fault with your vehicle so you will fix it there. Borderline fraudulent in my op[inion. Do not be fooled.

Went in for a slavage inspection.the owner never told his workers they had had appointment for fri morning.mecahnic refused as he was not informed(I dont blame him). The owner told me it would be complete and ready for pick up fri afternoon as it was very important to be done in that time. Owner also told me the inspection requirements, he has no idea what the requirements are as his inspector and himself couldnt be further away from the specifications.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND MOVE TO THE NEXT GUY! Even after the other reviews I thought I would give him a chance and I regret every wasted min.FYI I picked the truck up i was not leaving it for another 4-5 days in hope that Frank could have a conversation and delegate some work, instead of taking appointments then going camping without letting his workers in on the plan.

Worst experience EVER. Was told 7 to 10 days for the job. 26 days later and they painted it the wrong color and didn't do everything that they were supposed to do, even though they were told numerous times what the color was, by name, make and year(not a custom color) and where to get the paint. They cut all the wiring for my lights rather than bag the wires as they were told to, so I had to pay extra for new wiring. Then had the nerve to charge extra to sand it down to repaint it. Not my fault they can't follow orders. They changed their name to try and avoid bad rep. I wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I took it there.
