★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have the opportunity to go to camp here, take it. Wonderful place to spend a summer, and I would even rather go here than Trenton. Although the barracks are a bit less comfortable, Sundays are more chill (don't have to form up and march to the mess), and there are more sports fields and a better canteen. The weather doesn't seem to follow any kind of logic. You'll have clear skies while it's raining everywhere else, and vice versa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Summer camp for 3 weeks for D&C in Echo, It was AMAZING and I cant wait to go back this year for 6. The weather is extreme bi-polar but you always have beautiful skies!! The centre itself is well organized and it was easy to learn where to get around and the layout of it. If your going bring extra blankets, the mornings are freezing!!! Overall I cant wait to get back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. But incredibly unexpectable weather. There was a mini tornado while I was there. Food was interesting. Staff have been both good and bad. Have had amazing and f*cked up experiences. But overall it a once in a lifetime experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though i just joined cadets and i am the lowest rank there. I still love blackdown ctc i think it is one of the best training centres that they have in cadets. I had so much fun there and i love it! Especially when it is the morning and they play the bag pipes to wake us up at 6 in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tents are full of black mold and there is a drunk trailer park supervisor with a gut full of cheeseburgers, mustard and pepsi coagulating together. 1 star wouldn't come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best cadet locations in the province. Very nice accommodations for the cadets with on site feeding and washing stations. Great training area with sport fields and support facilities for all cadet activities.
