โ โ โ โ โ We are so so happy with this company. Just wow. They went above and beyond. After our windows on the 14th floor were cleaned we noticed there was still an imprint of a bird that had hit our window about a month before. Itโs not that they didnโt wash it properly itโs just really hard to see unless youโre standing at a perfect angle in a perfect light. We saw one of the window cleaning gentlemen in the lobby that same day and asked if itโs possible for them to have another look at one of the windows that was already done. A couple days had passed and to be honest we kind of forgot about it and just today that same gentleman randomly saw us in the lobby again and said he had just rigged himself back up to our window on the 14th floor and found the bird imprint and agreed that was insane (it was a big bird) but he got it! Iโm just so so impressed. Such integrity and professionalism! Thank you to this man and thank you Black Tie! Highly recommend!!

โ โ โ โ โ I am usually home during the day and was not aware that Black Tie Property services had come and gone. I contacted the company thinking they had "forgotten" my condo. Much to my surprise, the supervisor made a personal visit to my condo and in the end, we confirmed that my windows had been cleaned. And, much to my embarrassment, the "grime" on my deck windows was on the "inside", which is my responsibility. I've since cleaned the inside of my windows and now they are sparkling clean on the inside and out! Great personal service from this company. Thank you.

โ โ โ โ โ As an owner and strata treasurer in a lovely, new building, it is incumbent on me to be watchful for the best service, at a competitive price. It is also hugely important that on site Black Tie staff are savvy and well trained to the fact they need to be courteous to our residents. Theyโve aced it and, personally, I am thrilled with the quality. I also look forward to receiving advice on how best to maintain the building envelope which, after all, impacts our property values, for good or bad.

โ โ โ โ โ Arvin and Sophie did a fantastic job! Our company hired them for the first time for a full cleaning of the exterior windows and canopy as well as pressure washing of the perimeter. Their quality of work exceeded our expectations, everything was spotless and they worked very professionally and diligently. Well deserving of a 5 star rating! I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking window cleaning and pressure washing services.

โ โ โ โ โ I have lived in condo buildings for many, many years and the quality of window cleaning has always been a challenge in the past. With Black Tie my windows have never looked better! Staff are prompt, professional and extremely courteous. I have not come across a single person in our building that was not extremely pleased with Black Tie. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking window cleaning services.

โ โ โ โ โ I'd like to give a big shout out to Brent with Black Tie Property Services! I am the building manager and we had them in to wash the windows of a high rise apartment in White Rock BC. Brent was fantastic at communicating with me, and he was really great about making sure the job was done right. There were a few windows missed or that had drip marks and he came right away and was meticulous to make sure the windows were sparkling clean! I really appreciate his dedication and work ethic. I deal with a lot of trades on a daily basis and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with him. His work ethic, demeanor and customer service did not go unnoticed. A big thank you to him and his team!
