★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garbage, the cottages were dirty and filthy, the outhouses were discussing, there was NO Sauna as they advertised, and we all came back sick from the lack of matenice of the property!!! I will never be back to this camp ground sight

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to relax..excellent fishing..did camping there and rented a cabin and always had great satisfaction. Would recommend to anybody place is nice and clean well worth money u pay for staying. I was lucky to see northern lights last year

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've visited Black Bear Camp for a few years now. We've introduced friends to the camp that have returned, and now we bring our young family.
Tha camp is excellent for families with children, with its outdoor playground, and numerous weekend events such as trick or treating, karaoke and pot lucks.
The fishing is phenomenal, and although I'm not a hunter, hunters that frequent the camp are back every year raving about the experience.
The camp is dog friendly as well!
Views are amazing.
I could go on and on.
We love this camp!

Went to visit friends on Birch Lake….the people at black bear lodge had music blasting all day all night and NO RESPECT for the others campers in the park or on the lake!!! Would NOT recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful getaway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unsatisfied with my most recent stay here. As a family with young children and a new baby this is not the place to be. Music was playing loudly all day and all night. My children were woken multiple times throughout the night because of the excessive noise at the camp. If you are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend by the lake, this is not the place to be.
