★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there to buy one Bostitch Mallet at 45 or 59oz. We arrived at 7:00 AM yet the person that was supposed to be there arrived 10 minutes later. They searched for 20 minutes for the item and ended up NOT finding it. The system was showing they have it in stock. Very poor customer service experience.
