Nice park, good place to relax and enjoy the calmness with the birds chirping in the background. Small little ducks as well in the water which runs by.

First time visiting yesterday after hearing about the cherry blossoms. Nice little park, great for quick afternoon walk. Thankfully it wasn't too busy. The trees in bloom were beautiful!

Great local ravine and park area in Scarborough. Pedestrian and bike traffic, cement walkway right along a shallow waterway. Play areas/exercise areas for kids and adults. Can walk from Ellesmere over around and come out on Brimley. Lots of bird activity, especially in Spring during the migration. Deer, great blue heron, hummingbirds, hawks, warblers, flycatchers, ducks, lots of butterflies to see, and tons of wild flowers Spring and Summer. Pretty winter or summer and a great place for a short walk.

Nice little park and pretty walking path which runs along a creek. It’s surprisingly very quiet on the path with few other walkers or cyclists. The path is approx 1km long one way, but continues across the street at Thomson Memorial Park which is much busier since it has a larger park and splash pad. At the end of the path near Birkdale Community Center (Lawrence & Brimley) there are some nice new exercise bars and bench to add a little extra to your walk.

It was a nice park for a walk and to see the Sakura trees. I did not go during the peak blooming time this year. The trees were much nicer near the end of April. I visited the park on Mother’s Day. Luckily I was still able to catch the last part of the Sakura before they fell to the ground. The park was really big and not too crowded. I was thankful that I don’t need to travel far to High Park to take nice photos of the Sakura trees. It was a gift to see these smaller trees. I could easily take beautiful photos of these Sakura closely. This was the second time I came to this park to check out the Cherry Blossoms. We came during the blossom bloom this year. It was the Thursday before Mother’s Day. The park was very calm and it was nice to walk around on a sunny day. On that day, the Cherry blossoms there only bloomed 50%. It still takes time to full bloom. The little Cherry blossom trees didn’t look as attractive as the bigger Cherry blossom trees at other locations. However, if you want to take some nice photos without a crowd of people around the trees, this location is not a bad choice.
