I always do 2 hr deep tissue massage and the lady who goes by Bird is phenomenal. she does a mix of thai , deep tissue and hot stone.
I love this place, i always leave feeling refreshed and like a new person after being so sore and stiff.

This was the best Thai Massage I ever had and out beats Massages I had in Bangkok and Other places. Highly recommend this place and top notch clean facility.

Im pregnant and also came with a recently broken foot... she was very considerate of my unique circumstances and was gentle where needed, but also worked on areas that needed some tension relief/relaxation. Highly recommend this place! Can't wait to go back after baby for a proper Thai massage!

I wasn’t sure what to expect but I had purchased a massage for myself and a friend who hadn’t found a good deep tissue massage in Edmonton. I get them in the regular back home but thought the massage would be a great “thank you” gift for him and an indulgence for me. ?
I was led to a peaceful room where Bird instructed me how to prepare and then she left me alone for a few minutes while I followed her instructions. I thought I was getting mostly good going in but Bird was able to find locations I didn’t know needed attention. And the spots I was wary of getting attention definitely benefited from it. My knee had been wonky for a few weeks but I was able to move it around much easier after the massage was done.
My friend left their massage with plans to return so I’m glad I made a good choice when I chose this place. Definitely a highlight of my trip to Alberta.
