★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love it here the people are friendly everybody's willing to lend a hand when needed. The staff are amazing they will do their best to make your stay the most pleasurable they go beyond and above what they need to do showers are spotless washrooms are in perfectly clean and you can walk around at night with no worries looking into making this a permanent summer home. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone was so nice and helpful. Had a wonderful $5 roast beef on a bun with beans and a treat or a hotdog with chili and a treat. Washrooms were very clean and the people as well as the pool for the kids. Not many camp sites as it is mostly seasonal trailers. Just a great bunch of people all around. I would gladly go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so happy to be back after a 5 yr north close to our Grandbabies. We chose to come back to Birchwood Acres to a great friendly family atmosphere. Looking forward to all the great get togethers after all the Covid restrictions are lifted !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there on the labour day long weekend. Due to covid no events which was a bummer. Campground is an older park but everyone keeps their sites well maintained. Bathrooms and front office were kept clean and everyone were very friendly as we were walking around they waved or said hello. Laurie and Jeff at front office were very helpful and friendly and answered any of our questions espically about seasonal sites which is what we are looking for and hope to get one at this park. We will return next summer for a visit if we cant get a seasonal and hopfully no covid. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for 2 years still going so much fun great area to bring your kids I love it there, I made so many new friends. So many people there are so nice to me and my family and the front office people are so nice thank you Birchwood acres for a great time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The park itself was lovely, albeit the roads were a bit bumpy. Only thing I didn't like was the noise created by the bikers who were staying there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This park has major drainage issues. The people we met were wonderful. The water pressure sucks on the weekend. You have to have bottled water to drink even if you have a filter attached to your water line. The pictures show what happened after each rain fall.
As for your response You did not kick us out for any reason weleft because my hubby's job is never inhe same spot every summer. So get your facts straight, and you never know we mightbe back.
The pictures also shown were not just after one week of rain it was everytime you had a heavy rain fall.
