I booked in for a cleaning.
They called me, changed my appointment time last minute, and when I went in they said I was not booked for a cleaning, just an exam.
Who goes to the dentist for just an exam and not a cleaning? I called and confirmed the night before and they said I had a cleaning booked.
I took time off my job, it is limited how much time I can take off, and they did not even apologize for the error, they just said ya, I don’t know what happened.
Incredibly disappointed to be treated this way by a dentist I was excited to go to.
Edit: adding to this review because I ended up going to another dentist who told me I had no cavities when this dentist told me I had 7. They should be shut down for malpractice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience at Birch Dental. The entire staff were very welcoming and polite from the moment I arrived. The hygienist was very gentle, but thorough with my cleaning. Dr. Fonseca provided great advice regarding specific issues I had with my oral care and provided me with several options. Free parking was available only a block away. I don’t say this often when it comes to the dentist, but I’m looking forward to the next visit!
