★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depuis que j'ai occupé l'appartement j'ai vécu beaucoup de problèmes au sein de cet dernier (Problème chauffage, plombier, trop de bruit etc....).
En plus de ça ils ont un service inapproprié, personnel incompétent et non serviable.
Since I occupied the apartment I have experienced many problems within it (heating problem, plumber, too much noise etc ...).
On top of that they have inappropriate service, incompetent and unhelpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas très sympathique, je demande si je peux passer voir un logement, on me dit "Non, pas de visite à cause de la pandémie" ... J'ai donc demandé pour avoir des photos, on me dit "Non, pas de photos de cette unité"... Désolé mais avant de m'engager dans une location d'un an à un loyer d'environ 1000$ par mois, j'aimerais voir à quoi ressemble le logement... Pourtant les autres agences que j'ai contacté m'ont toutes permises de visiter les unités en respectant les règles sanitaires ou m'ont envoyé des photos et vidéos... Très déçu du service à la clientèle, pour une corporation immobilière dont le rôle des représentants est de conseiller les clients... J'espère au moins que les locataires actuels ont un meilleur service.
Not very friendly, I ask if I can come and see an accommodation, they tell me "No, no visit because of the pandemic" ... So I asked for pictures, I was told "No, no pictures of this unit "... Sorry but before committing to a one year rental at a rent of about $ 1000 per month, I would like to see what the accommodation looks like ... Yet other agencies that I contacted all allowed me to visit the units respecting the sanitary rules or sent me photos and videos ... Very disappointed with customer service, for a real estate corporation whose role of representatives is to advise customers ... I hope at least the current tenants have better service.
