My husband and I thought our first mortgage with Billie was great, we were pleasantly surprised when she approached us 18 months later with a lower rate saving us $600 per month. We would not have the home we love and the disposable income to go with it if not for Billie. No one has ever gone above and beyond for us like she has. We HIGHLY recommend her!

I have been referring clients to Billie Aaltonen for over 11 years and have found her to provide excellent customer service - she really goes above and beyond to find her clients the best mortgage rates and terms that suit their individual situation. She has access to many lenders and is well versed in the various approval policies - some more flexible than others. She has been able to find financing for clients who were turned down by the Banks, financing for self employed, financing for bankrupt clients, financing for commercial and development clients - she really is exceptional and I recommend her to everyone I meet! I do know that in very rare circumstances, some 'B' or 'Alternative' financing may involve fees (as she is not being compensated by the lender), but, she has always been up front about that when applicable, and gives my clients options to consider at every step. She has re-financed many clients and saved them thousands in interest savings over their usual bank. Simply fabulous!
