I went there to ask for my ring size for my fiancé to purchase my correct size ring ... he told me i was size 9,5 ... to finally find after i’m a size 7,25 like seriously?!?! i have to take my ring for sizing adjustment and pay more !!! very unprofessional i’m really upset and will NEVER go there ever again !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year was my first experience with Claude at Bijouterie Russell. I bought an engagement ring with him and I can tell you he was able to deliver exceptional service. I trust him which is very important because I know nothing about rings. I'm back this year purchasing both mine and my fiance's wedding band with him. At first he didn't have what I wanted for my ring but he went out of his way to go downtown montreal to speak to a supplier in person and find exactly what I wanted and brought it back to Laval to show me. I'm very pleased with his services and highly recommend him.
